Q: Can I view information about a specific tour program?
A: Yes, but you will first need to be a registered tour participant to do so. Registering online is easy and no cost; however, you will need to know the nine digit tour code for your program. If you have a code then simply click the following link to get started: REGISTER
Q: How long do I have to decide whether to pay for the optional Tour Refund Plan?
A: You have fourteen (14) days from the time that you register to make any changes regarding accepting or declining the optional tour refund plan. You can make the modification of your selection by clicking here CONTACT US or giving our office a call @ 949.768.1776, whichever is most convenient.
Q: What are the typical rooming arrangements, and can I request a private room?
A: The group rooming policy as well as the group rooming list is defined by the school. Typically, student educational groups default to quad occupancy (four to a room) for the students, and double occupancy for the adult chaperones. On East Coast tours (for grades 7th and higher), chaperones can typically option to room single at an additional charge.
